Lacks Direction and Culture. High Turnover. Lacks direction. In less than a year the company has changed hands 3 times and each time a new focus and a new set of core values. 2 - Lacks resources. Poor direction and lack of focus has caused the company to suffer financially to the point of going out of business with constant 'investors' coming in the save the day, each with a new direction. 3 - Leadership does not embody the core values. Culture is top down, and employees do pick up on the lack of focus and investment and tend to jump ship rather quickly after realizing it's not all it's cracked up to be. 4 - Pay is below average for the amount of work involved. Benefits are standard at best. 5 - Startup mentality but absolutely no systems or processes implemented means there is a lack of consistency at the corporate level, and at each store level. 6 - Absolutely zero promotion opportunity past store manager level due to short-sightedness and ivory tower mentality. Leadership feels they know best and do not ask for input or involvement from team which is a huge mistake. Store managers have been with Beaming for over 6 years, and have been made false promises of advancement. It has been made very clear they are looking for the employees with the least amount of experience to save money on management labor. This will backfire.
