Lacks Clear Vision & Direction Sr. leadership has very poor communication and poorly executed strategic vision. They continually let superior employees walk out the door and yet nothing changes. Attrition is off the charts yet when people leave, they dump the work on those left behind so employees are constantly forced to do more with less. Unfortunately, this company's issues start at the top.
