LACK of professionalism Lack of training for the role. Lack of any guidelines/policies being communicated. No team work. You are left to pretty much figure things out yourself- especially if told once. You will not advance or grow if you are NOT family. This is a family owned business- they do not understand how to manage a business from an employee perspective. They offer few benefits that are costly- with rate of pay that is not competitive. They also have a high turnover rate. I would do my research before even thinking about coming here!
