Lack of communication and horrible owner. A real bait and switch 1. HR will say ANYTHING to get you in the door. They make it sound like an awesome place to work with great people. It's not 2. The owner is money hungry and parinod. There is no money to fix the fridge that has been broken for over a month but he gets his car detailed in the parking lot. He loves to log in to the video cameras and publicly scold you like a child. 3. Even a minute of OT and you are written up 4. Training what training. 5. Turnover rate is INSANELY high. Hardly anyone has been there over a year and the field techs change daily. 6. Noone speaks to eachother. Everyone is so scared of the owner the office is always super quiet.
