JUST WOW Although there are a few hard working folks, the majority are unqualified and lazy, with no accountability from management. The Sales Dept is unchecked and out of control, overstepping their bounds functionally and muddying the waters for the Ops Dept to do their job. It's almost like the lunatics have been left to run the asylum as the Sales Dept pretty much runs the company. Ownership continues to off-shore jobs and severely underpay staff (about 20% less than industry standards). They hire people from other industries, provide garbage training and expect the new employees to be able to do their job function as soon as they hit the floor.
