Junior Designer The lack of structure and oversight put a lot of pressure on me to perform when I wasn't given any support or proper guidelines to stay on track. My immediate supervisor/project manager was heinous and treated me horribly with the owners well aware of the situation. Nothing was done and I had little mentor-ship from anyone and missed out on growth opportunities because of it. I was let go out of the blue without any reason given to me other than they were fully happy with my performance but didn't have any more work for me (which wasn't true). Leadership was two-faced and slimy.
