Inside Sales... Cheap company with shady practices - 3 year employee Low starting salary- They will pay you the minimum. Little to no opportunity for moving up or increasing starting pay. Micro Management- If you don't like being micro managed, you wont like working here. Everything from how you make a phone call or how you take notes in the CRM, they will find something to complain about. I would consistently hit my numbers but still dealt with backhanded comments on opportunities from over 6 months prior. It wasn't just me, they had this attitude with everyone. Too many hats - I had to answer the main phone line, respond to new incoming leads immediately, take inbound sales calls, account management, tons data entry, make collection calls, discovery calls, preforming demos, drafting proposals, and much more. This is the case with mostly all the employees here. Everyone is overworked and underpaid, creating a toxic environment. Not Fun! Cutthroat policies- A forever growing list of unreasonable expectations. For example, if I had to complete 100 data entry fields on a giving day, and missed one,...that was a suspensiable offense. Yeah, this really happened to a sales person. Never enough mentality- I'm serious, I broke company sale records and it wasn't even a thing. The sales team as a whole, was doing really well, highest period in company history. Still, we were underappreciated and led to... Long working hours- After working here for over a year, they changed our working hours overnight. You were expected to show up early and stay till at least 630pm...but don't let the CEO catch you walking out right at quitting time. Also, at least one night a week you will have to work till 8pm or later. Sometimes, this would be 2 nights a week including a Friday. Commission statements were never accurate or on-time. Commission checks were never correct (sometimes I just didn't get a check) Anytime I had questions or concerns, the CFO would never respond and didn't seem to care. Once again, this wasn't just me but ALL the sales people. Huge Red Flag Liars- The fact that they fabricate fake reviews of their own company ( see prior review for sales/ not a real person!!!) should tell you how they like to operate.
