Incompetent Leadership Extremely political company that values ?attitude? over performance, resulting in incompetent ?yes men? who never question the status quo - Leadership views each employee as a cog in the machine that is easily replaceable (tremendous amount of turnover) - Leadership is incapable of growing the company and has poor prioritization - The current CEO would make a great case study on how NOT to act as a CEO
