IMMERGE Won't Change I will admit, I considered giving IMMERGE two stars because I did learn a lot there, but due to the fake number of five star ratings I had to give IMMERGE one star to balance things out. This is not a place to learn or grow as a young employee. They reward hours worked and not actual talent or outcomes. Employees are given way more than they can handle. You will never feel successful, and you will constantly be berated for minor mistakes. Positive or constructive feedback is almost never provided. IMMERGE has a culture of fear, pettiness and gossip. Employees are fairly unhappy and constantly complain about one another. It is not a supportive environment. This culture starts at the top and has a very perverse effect on the entire company. Higher ups also consistently make promises they never deliver on such as employee bonuses. It is not shocking that most highly talented, positive people leave IMMERGE. The turnover is very high. I do not recommend anyone take a job here. I do not think there is a way to fix these problems. They are just too systemic. I don?t see a positive future for this company whatsoever.
