If your professional and use to a Profitable organization, then stay away. Office gossip, nothing is in order but they expect you to come in and work miracles from a mess. Low employee morale, Management constantly uses profanity around the office, the only room for advancement in this "small" company is just a title change. The company is NOT culturally diverse, and has consistent losses in its portfolio. If you need experience and this company is a last ditch effort then OK. But even then I still wouldn't recommend. The management team are lazy unprofessionals who sell you constant lies. You will only fit in if you discuss all of your personal business. They even want to know how you spent your day off!
