If start ups are your thing, sure. If not, keep moving... Extreme start up culture of young people who like to drink including higher ups. Company likes to start things new things before previous ventures have been perfected. There was no real HR, only an outsourced HR that pretty much did nothing. People promoted purely because they were next in line and not because they had the credentials. To piggyback off of that, so many people had high ranking titles that were extremely unnecessary. Everyone seemed to be a manager of something. Awful benefits not chosen by the American office but by the UK offices who really knew nothing about US benefits.
