I worked in the HR department There is no team environment. It?s every person for themself. The management does not have any morals and lies a lot. They dangle raises in front of you, but don?t give them. Honest, hard work is not rewarded, but lazy work and taking low quality shortcuts are. DO NOT STAY LONG TERM. They won?t appreciate you or your work and you?ll be forgotten as soon as you go. The pay is FAR BELOW MARKET VALUE. The benefits are bad (I.E. - no 401k matching, etc.) There?s no room for growth.
