Horrible. The Jewish Journal has no direction. Management has no idea how to handle the changing world of print media. The business side of the paper is run by intimidation. Someone is fired weekly. Every success is viewed as a failure by business management, unless the idea was originally from senior management (a rarity). Nepotism runs rampant. The staff is severely overworked and underpaid. Morale is very low. I would not recommend the Jewish Journal for anyone except for writers.
