Horrible Company With No Direction Most offices are run by managers who have only sold print and have a fundamental misunderstanding of now digital advertising works. Company lacks the agility they need in order to compete in this market. Management is completely opaque, sales people are never included in decision making. Management has a lack of customer focus. Management has a misunderstanding of the value of their products in the market. There is a two tiered salary system with a $20k gap between people who where hired through a print property and those hired directly by Adtaxi. Their website says they offer 401k matching, they do not to people in the field. Vacation policy was completely misrepresented by management in the interview process. Work from home policy also misrepresented by management. Weak management at the local level unable or unwilling to effect change with upper management. You will honestly feel like you're in an episode of The Office and not in a good way.
