Highly do not recommend There is not enough bagel Fridays, bring-your-dog-to-work days or Wellness Wednesdays in the world to make imre appealing. For junior level employees, nothing you do is quite good enough. You can count on having to work 14 hour days once you hit the three month mark. When you raise your hand for help, which is "encouraged,? you will likely be dubbed as not a go-getter, and be asked if you are "not up for the challenge." The culture aims to be empowering, but in reality VP's and Partners are incredibly insincere. They preach mental health, but when you take your earned PTO you will likely have to work during your time off, or be contacted by your manager and scolded. However, if you're attractive and an AM, VP or President takes a liking to you - you will likely experience smooth sailing. There are several long-time employees (8 years +) who are favored by management, although they are not qualified to manage junior staff. With this favoritism comes the ability to essentially get away with anything and everything as there is no accountability - driving entry level employees to quit before their three year mark. These employees, with zero outside experience are the root of a lot of issues because they have been protected for years. HR is an absolute joke; they use intimidation tactics, ask questions they legally are not allowed to ask, and are wildly inappropriate with day-to-day general commentary. Often at company functions, they are the most intoxicated. The company has a huge gossip culture, despite the "imre Way." Junior level staff uses the imre way as a joke when chatting, because that is how far fetched the idea is. Finally, you will likely have to stroke your boss' fragile male ego if you want a promotion; best of luck playing the game.
