High stress, low job satisfaction Intelemedia provides solutions for its customers but lacks internal systems and structure that would enable efficiency of internal processes to provide such services. Too many processes are manual and extremely time-consuming. People are worked to the ground and 10-12 hour days are normal for teams delivering projects. Management practices overall are reactive and ad hoc, micro-managing, with constant update meetings. Employees are not valued, encouraged, or developed. Intelemedia is still on the initial level of Capability Maturity Model. Consultants have been brought in occasionally to analyze processes but publishing results of their findings did not improve employees work environment (with software and automation) to produce higher quality product but rather imposed new processed that increased workload even more.
