Half empty glass. Cons outweigh pros. We are told we are empowered but then get in trouble for delegating without getting proper permission from management. There is a high turn over. Be prepared to be understaffed, overworked and hardly appreciated. Upper management micromanages in every way possible but prides themselves on having very little reports. They lack empathy, have no boundaries, very condescending, and judgmental. There is no employee confidentiality whatsoever. Management uses fear and retaliation as tactics to gain respect and openly talk about team members from other sites even their own co-workers amongst employees. Don?t bother complaining. I promise it won?t go anywhere. They?ll make it obvious through their relentless emails and condescending approach. Management are nothing but judgmental and dishonest ?leaders? who are on a power trip.
