Great small company, but horrible SAP management Mattson is a small company in the Semiconductor space and while overall it?s good; I agree with previous poster about SAP IT management, which is horrible. There has been exodus of talented and experienced employees from the team and the major reason in all cases has been the abominable and totally uncalled for behavior of SAP IT management. The treatmen the employees in the group receive is not only despicable, but borders on being illegal as there is mental harassment. Most of us waited for an important project implementation during summer of 2019 and then left. Heard the folks who joined after that are also leaving one by one - all for the same reason.
