Good if you know someone No room for growth, a ton of favoritism... will hire anyone they know regardless of job experience or work ethic ... if you played softball with them you?re in!, some employees disappear for hours at a time, some employees will have insane workload (up to 40 projects) - while others in same position will have 5-10 projects, drugs on the premises, not great culture at all, ceo is warm and inviting but does nothing to change overall culture, inappropriate boss, insane turnover rates. They Keep lazy people on while driven people leave because they know they are worth more. Not a sustainable model. I?ve seen people watch full on movies at work , while others don?t even have time to take lunch.
