Good for a high school clique The chamber is SO political. If you do not agree with the ultra-conservative ways of the President - you better watch out. The departments feel like high school cliques. If you don't fit in - they will make your life miserable. They talk a lot about work-life balance, but only if your balance aligns with their ideals. There is no room to move up. People have worked there for 5+ years with no advancement.
