Good experiences tarnished by bad leadership Good or bad leadership can be subjective. The subculture that's in the leadership team is what made my overall experience at Seer negative. Looking back I should have known something might be off with the leadership at a company with a founder and director of strategy spending so much time on stages, doing expensive traveling, working on presentations, pitching, etc would not be a good leader.
