Going Downhill The company was separated into "teams," the upstairs that thought they were better than us and would ignore us and then the rest of the "downstairs" Priorities would switch from literally day to day, making the work environment very inconsistent. It seems departments and VPs were created/hired and then the next day they were fired/dissolved. Thought I was secure in my job but was let down by broken promises Gaining small customers, but losing major existing customers, which is why I was let go
