Gallery Assistant Management is fickle, spoiled, ungrateful and quite frankly a little thick - Management and salesteam don't seem to know much about art history, and their go to line to describe an artwork is, literally, "that is so (insert swearword) cool" - Nepotism galore - Sales behave like slimy sycophants with clients, and then treat clients like idiotic cash-cows - If you have an illness, management might just insinuate that you getting treatment will interfere with their schedule - Long hours, kiss your weekend's goodbye - Manager turns up regularly to work 4 hour days and proceeds to tell you that you aren't being helpful (after you've worked 12 days in a row without a break) - Experienced xenophobia - Etc.
