Frustrating....just frustrating Very reactive mid management culture that is always chasing problems instead of avoiding them. So many decisions are made out of emotion rather than data, facts, and logic. More than any company I've ever seen, there are so many people who think they are in charge of everything but aren't actually. Lots of poor communication and easily hurt feelings turn into meetings and generic talk. So many of the poor performers are acting out of a panic to try and make themselves look so much more valuable than they are it made it too much to handle. So, I left and went to work for Quest now instead of waiting.
