Former employee in service department. The new service manager is terrible and only looking out for himself. The managers could careless and only look out for themselves or their friends. They hire friends who have no reason being in their positions. The pay is well below the national average and they just add more to your plate and then blame you for not completing the many tasks they throw upon you.
