Find another place to work Overworked, under appreciated, low morale. Very disconnected from the employees. Company is trying to operate a world class enterprise data center on a shoestring budget. Lots of gaps in support, delivery, implementation. Which leaves us to pick up the slack. Literally doing jobs not in my skill set. Hired for a specific roll, only to find it a dumbed down version of incident handling much like a call center.
