False Hope and Major Disappointment Inconsistency across all departments. Terrible communication between departments and teams. They will throw you under the bus to save their own skin if they have to. Will sell you on the "idea" of the product and will hook you into thinking you are making a difference. Then once you start working there, you will realize it was all a bluff. You will be treated terribly, overworked and under-appreciated. If you want a raise or promotion, you will need to suck up to one of the executives, complain, whine, and throw a hissy fit when you don?t get your way. If you have an issue with a co-worker, you're better off keeping it to yourself since their idea of "taking care of it" is sweeping it under the rug and pretending like everything is all peachy. Even with multiple issues and complaints about the same individual, there is no reprimanding.
