If you have good education and self respect avoid this company at all costs. Company markets itself as a family company with values, but the owner and lead marketing person exhibit lack of basic morals or respect for people. If you choose to work for the company, be prepared for casual touching and physical contact from the owner, because it is considered a normal behavior in the company.
