Extremely Negative Work Environment I will start be confirming all the other negative reviews and would also say there is no way any of the positive ones are real. Is is not possible that anyone leaves the company with a good feeling about how they and their co-workers are treated by the management. The company is run by a husband/wife combo and they create massive unchecked negativity at the company. In particular the wife yells at people everyday and makes people feel very uncomfortable. The husband doesn't usually yell but can say really cruel things and will tell people (that are working hard) that it seems like they are not doing that much and he is not sure why they are there. Management (which is the husband/wife combo) are completely unprofessional and handle things either by avoidance or overly harsh responses. I was amazed everyday that I worked there (and continue to be) that they manage to stay in business. The company has an extremely high turn over rate with most employees leaving after 6 moths to a year. If you see a job opening from this company run as fast as you can the other way. They are just looking for another person to treat horribly and that will inevitable leave feeling frustrated and beaten down. Overall the management are paranoid and unhappy people and will do their best to make you the same way.
