Employee wellbeing an after thought, poor culture, overworked but learned a lot The skills of junior staff are not appreciated and you are not encouraged to develop professionally. Employee wellbeing is very much overlooked, with the majority of staff being extremely overworked. Over-servicing is a significant problem and comes at the expense of the team. It is very easy to feel unappreciated at Cognito, despite the hard work you put in, because of the harsh criticism and lack of guidance/opportunity to grow. The company is very top heavy, meaning that there are few people left to do the day-to-day running of accounts.
