Dysfunctional Utopia CEO deceitful, ingenuine and a poor leader. Micro manages small projects, while paying no attention to larger goals or issues. Runs the business like a fraternity, purchases customers instead of proving value of their services. First tech company I've worked for who sells technology but has a grade school tech stack of tools. Like Fisher Price level. Company openly preaches communication which is exercised, however it's a huge masquerade of hopes and dreams that are just a massive waste of time
