Dysfunctional Nightmare! NO leadership at all. Every department fights with the other and undermines any attempt at success. Sales runs the company and views all other departments as inferior and the root of any and all problems (even though Sales rarely meets their sales goals). No respect AT ALL. Employees do not mean anything and only negative feedback is ever offerred. Employees are very unhappy and unsatisfied. Fear of being fired is so intense that the atmosphere is stifled. No business plans from the top down for teams to execute so any attempt at creative or quality product development is undermined. Only a few people actually run the PD/Creative department and its not management! Company makes some good products, but may unsafe products. QC/Engineering is out of the loop and mistakes get by (very scary since the products are for babies!) Several babies have died due to the Sling which made the company millions over the last 10 years or so. STAY AWAY....unless you want to sabotage your own career.....
