Dying company...for a reason The company is struggling for several reasons, some out of their control and some within their control. I will only focus on those within their control. Leadership is very poor. There's no career path, they cannot train employees at all, and management treats employees like numbers. There's also a leadership problem at the corporate level as they cannot figure out which way to take the company overall. Favoritism is a real issue that I witnessed for years. You can refer to other reviews on this site for other examples. People who come from a certain church, people that have a connection with a certain manager, etc...are all very real examples of favoritism at this company. More often times than not, people were hired or promoted due to those two reasons and not based on qualifications or experience. The most qualified and experienced employees rarely got the proper positions or promotions applied for The results of this are blatant with the company's struggles to survive and find identity in the industry. I truly would not recommend working at this company to anyone. In 2020 there were massive layoffs which demonstrate how unstable of a company it is. Yes, they cannot control COVID-19's impact, but it was struggling long before 2020. COVID truly put those issues and how fragile of a state they are in... in the spotlight. ONLY work here if you are needing some easy, mundane work to make a few bucks while you are in school or in between careers.
