Drinking the Kool-Aid I took part in meetings whereby upper management took turns playing good cop / bad cop. Never knew who to believe. CEO has the patience of a 2 year old. Fired or ran good people out of important positions who had a differing opinion. Especially if they were of a minority. When I inquired about this, I was told this was because he was "old-school" by the inner circle.
