Don?t Do This to Yourself! Socialfly once housed some of the most talented group of individuals of all time. Unfortunately, employee feedback goes in one ear and out the other at Socialfly. Upper management (co-CEO?s and managing director) drove out approximately 15 employees over the course of 3 months due to under appreciation and exhaustion. Some employees are being forced to work until 1 a.m. with 0 recognition. Don?t drown with people who care more about their Instagram following than the welfare of their employees. You won?t be heard or seen at Socialfly, go to a place where upper management helps you grow personally and professionally!
