(They deceive you in the offer process on this) Owners act business savvy but make horrible business decisions. It?s all about spending the least amount of money possible and expecting huge results. Methods, systems, and technology hasn?t been upgraded since the Stone Age and there?s no trying to convince anyone the value in investing in more effective ways of doing things. The owners also have other businesses they are more passionate about. Business continues to decline and morale is LOW- There is no motivation whatsoever.
