Don't work here There is high turnover due to low morale and bad management. If you are applying for a paralegal position, ask how long the current paralegals have been with the firm. The truth is they never last over two years. Management is completely out of touch and disrespectful, no matter how high the quality of your work may be. The disrespect is not only aimed at the staff, but the attorneys as well. The level of disrespect is alarming, actually. After one incident, a partner at the firm admitted that management even "rattles" the partners as well. Unless management improves, the turnover will continue.
