Don't work here No concept of work life balance. You are encouraged to work late and get in early everyday. It simply is not sustainable. - Very disorganized. The processes, technology, and business change so often that by the time you learn it you have wasted your time because you will have to turn around and learn a different one. - Very little guidance. You are pretty much on your own to figure out problems (and there are a lot of them). - Weak campaign performance as a result of constantly shifting platforms and employee turnover makes it difficult to keep clients. - Very inefficient internal processes make it difficult to get anything done. - Benefits are overstated. The 401K is marginally matched. The food is not very good or healthy. The good health insurance is very expensive. And some people make negative comments when teammates take PTO.
