Don't want to be disposable? Don't work here. Because of a minimum fundraising quota every week, there is no job security. If you go two weeks without making quota, you get paid less and will get fired if you dont make quota the next week. They don't tell you if you didn't make quota.. What the quota actually is is unclear to everyone. You are disposable and treated as such. Local directors are overworked and exhausted and thrown every which by Fund staff - who drop in whenever they want and berate local workers for next to no reason. This in turn hurts the staff. I was told one thing by one director, then told a totally different thing the next. You are disposable because the consequences for Also, I worked with individuals that used they/them pronouns who were exclusively misgendered. No effort was made by the staff to fix this. If you are not cis, don't work here.
