Don't fall for it... Be very very very careful - this is an unethical company. The fabrications that are told to land a contract or an employee to come on board is scary. The behind the scenes mentality is, "if they ask if we can do it or have done, tell them YES and we will figure it out later." All the other comments about feeling set up to fail, this approach is exactly why. For this exact reason they have lost the trust of several customers, consultants, and internal employees. Therefore, OHC continues to be a revolving door. I can actually say, I was set up by "management" on several occasions and have never felt so appalled and embarrassed to be working for a company with such poor taste. Management will always find someone to blame for a loss; they will never take ownership for their short comings or look to improve the process for the next opportunity. There is absolutely no structure or reasoning behind the business model. The core competencies and what the business ?is? changes with the weather. I could go on and on, but I think most people want to work for a company where they feel appreciated, respected, valued, and believe in the company they give 40 hours a week to; Orchestrate Healthcare is simply none of those things.
