Don't do it! Antiquated systems. High, and I mean high, turnover. Building falling apart. No benefits. Low moral. Commission plan is not transparent during hiring process. This is a telemarketer position with out of date systems. 100% comission with a crazy "double discount" deduction from sales dollars and no pay for calls you are required to take that are " not in your territory".
