Don't believe the new responses from company on Jan 5, 2017 Looks like Jobelephant got a new business development director and he/she's been tasked to clean up their image by responding to all the past comments. Don't be fooled! Stay away! As long as the husband and wife owners are still there, they'll still be micromanaging and you'll still be an hourly employee punching a clock; not salary. Every minute of every day you're on the clock. No paid sick days, no vacation until after a year. And even then it's on an accrued basis. One comment the owner always said was, "If you don't work, you don't get paid." The above Cons are indicative of how the company feels about you. You're just a cog helping them line their pockets.
