Don't believe anything in the interview Expect lies about the company culture (and how amazing it is) during the interview process - this is just to get you in the door. They seem to only be able to hire folks from outside of San Francisco and New York because of their notorious reputation. Once you're in the door, you're held hostage in a toxic culture. Good leadership allows you to question and change the culture. Unfortunately, you can't question the way anything is done or try to change the culture because you're seen as a threat. Many employees live in fear and the high turnover rate is a joke (every week someone new leaves). Run far, far away!
