Does not care about employees Everything else. Family-run upper management/CEO is a mess and has no organization, no reasonable expectations and processes. And the rest of the company follows - everything works from the top down, and they are not effective nor good leaders or examples. These bad habits trickle down to property managers and will continue to do so. Company does not know how to treat or pay their employees, so all the valuable ones leave, leaving them no choice to keep bad employees. Their priority is not their tenants nor building quality, which makes it hard for the management and property teams (if they would actually pay to have sufficient building staff). There is no training, no incentive to stay you practically have to beg for raises because the CEO ignores it for up to a year. He ignores any hard decisions, leaving you in limbo for important projects, approvals, etc. but raises...he just doesn't want to give it to you. Pass. If you want to get into property management, there are far superior companies to get your foot into where you will learn more, grow with, and get treated with respect and proper pay. Jamison does not have good rep in industry.
