DO. NOT. WORK. HERE! All the problems here come from the top. The owners have ground this company into the dirt financially, morally and ethically. Critical of all work, rarely give out positive feedback and gives next to no direction. The President in particular is one of the weakest leaders I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Extremely dictatorial but she does not want to own her choices. Very clueless and any issues are a result of employees, not weak ownership. Employees are currently dropping like flies. I have witnessed over ten resignations/terminations since I began only a few months ago. Skip this company, it's only a matter of time before they declare bankruptcy.
