Do Not Work Here! It should first be said that this is two companies in one: Point Loma Electric and Bath Planet of San Diego (which is a franchise) They don't care about their employees and they environment is extremely hostile. So hostile I (and many others) felt I had no choice but to quit. The owner is incredibly irrational and disorganized and regularly has erratic outbursts. She plays favorites heavily and anyone whom she decides she doesn't like is picked on and demeaned. She also hacks into peoples personal accounts and reads to see if anything "bad" is being said about her. She's sloppy with it when she does this and thinks she covers her tracks but anyone with basic computer skills can figure out what she's doing. Some of the staff regularly spew racist, sexist, and homophobic bile and they are never reprimanded because they are the ones making the money for the company therefore they are shown favoritism. The management is so disorganized that they regularly miss appointments because they literally don't look at the schedule and then try and blame other lower level office staff. They never want to take responsibility for their actions and the people who end up getting yelled at by the customers are the office staff who aren't the ones at fault in the first place. This is by far the worst company I've ever worked for.

Jamie is one of the best bosses I have had the pleasure of working with. She truly cares about her employees and their successes within the company and within their personal lives. The structure of the company is one of the most organized I have worked for and she uses her employees to help improve processes to make better use of everyone's time to better take care of each other and the customers. I can't thank her enough for the opportunity to work with her!
