Do not stay for the long term - company from hell. Biggest con is they will not hire anyone as W2, regardless of what they tell you. You will stay a contractor forever. No support whatsoever from company. Upper level staff have clearly never worked with LACOE students and do not understand day-to-day operations of camps and halls. Upper level staff is not understanding at all and love to play the blame game wherein they blame literally everybody but themselves. You will get no training. No one will tell you what the pay is until you ask, so ask every time you get new project assignment. The supervisors get paid less than the tutors for LACOE projects. I know office staff working there years with no raises since they started. Overall very bad experience if you want more than a summer or part-time job. Projects can be inconsistent and closed or changed with no notice.
