Do not recommend - Extremely high turnover - Not valued, low morale No reviews provided year after year. No feedback and no room for growth. Partners have their favorites and it shows. Special perks for the favorites. Low bonuses that take months to be paid out. Full of family members. Drama between employees and departments. Overall, I would not recommend unless you are really in need of a job. Very high turnover rate but they tell you its "growth." They have their own plane, but its just a front so the partners and MC can use it to travel to all their vacation houses.
