Decent if you don't care about bettering yourself. Doesn't pay too well. Upper level management doesn't care too much about you. Didn't want to pay $200 for a heater when we were freezing in the 15 degree weather. Give opportunities to every division of the agency EXCEPT ours (which is the only one predominantly Hispanic) Most employees are worried about getting skin cancer because we're always in the sun but aren't allowed to wear better covering hats. The uniforms also cause you to overheat so the older employees are always out of service because they get dehydrated easily. All the customers yell at you about something (because it's over 100 most of the year). Schedule is abysmal. You often work 3 different shifts a week. Will go from working graveyard to the exact opposite shift in a few days then go back to evenings right after. You never adjust to the schedule. I have been diagnosed with insomnia since starting
