Dead in the Water. Horrible experience. Management DOES NOT know how to manage, and this is reflective of the numerous late nights, lack of work flow process, and associated openly questioning their employment. All assistants were promoted by default (some highly undeserving) because all Media Planners were wise enough to leave. On top of that, both Media Supervisors left meaning all that's left on the media team is 2 confused AMDs, and a handful of inexperienced Media Planners. Ignited tried to add creative to their wheelhouse as well, but that team left too. 2 of their biggest clients probably won't be around much longer (in addition to losing their NBC client a year ago) and they cannot win any new business. Move along if you want an actual opportunity to learn and grow in this industry... this place won't be around much longer.
